My Mission

My ultimate goal is to deepen my understanding of fundamental science and engineering to drive technological advancements that can broadly benefit society. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in robotics. My research centers on the design and development of a hand exoskeleton aimed at improving motor function for individuals recovering from stroke and spinal cord injury (SCI), integrating rigorous engineering with direct human impact. I aspire to merge my expertise in robotics with an understanding of human needs to create advanced technological solutions that address real-world challenges.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I am a high-level athlete in Olympic-style karate, competing nationally and internationally as a member of Team USA. The sport is brutally honest—performance is determined entirely by discipline, resilience, and unwavering daily commitment. Pursuing excellence in both my athletic and academic careers has taught me to carry these principles into every aspect of my life.
